Agreement
By hiring Qiu Agency (Qiu Capital Group C.A.) or requesting a proposal you accept these terms. Each engagement is confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp before work starts.
Services
We deliver marketing, CRM management, advertising, content, branding, web development and virtual assistance as described in the accepted proposal or package. Anything outside that description is quoted separately.
Payments
Packages such as the Digital Launch Suite ($225) are billed up front unless another schedule is agreed. Monthly retainers are billed in advance of each cycle. Prices are in USD.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to accounts, brand assets, approvals and information. Delays in these items shift delivery dates accordingly.
Guarantee & cancellation
Retainers have no long-term contract: you may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle. Our 30-day guarantee applies to retainer work as described in the proposal. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable.
Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, final approved deliverables (logo, site, creatives) belong to you. Our internal processes, templates and tooling remain ours. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
We work with best practices but cannot guarantee specific revenue, ranking or platform outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
